21st Century Democrats is currently hiring Field Directors to work on 
campaigns on local, state, and federal races nationwide.  21st 
Century Democrats is a coalition of activists and elected officials 
committed to electing progressive Democrats.  We support candidates 
who aggressively support issues of economic justice and civil rights 
and policies that help working families.

Field Directors will be trained to work on competitive races, to 
develop targeting and field plans, build relationships with local 
elected officials and community organizations, recruit volunteers, 
and organize phone banks, door canvasses, and election day GOTV.  
Candidates must be available for a four-day training May 31 to June 
3, and be able to start immediately following successful completion 
of training.

Field Directors will earn $1500/month + housing and gas money.  
Candidates must have a car and be willing to relocate.  Experience is 
not necessary but high energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to 
progressive politics a must!!
